Born 10th of 11 children to parents from the heart of Mississippi, Ms. Holmes credits her mother and father for her expertise in the kitchen. "They were both phenomenal cooks." Our recipes and menu selections are quick and easy and whenever possible, we have altered the ingredients, but not the taste, to provide healthy soul food recipe options.
We do take special requests. If you would like us to prepare a menu item not found on our site, let us know and we will create it especially for you. HOWEVER, I DO NOT MAKE CHITTERLINGS SO PLEASE DON'T BOTHER ASKING. Maybe one day I will have a guest chef do that, maybe!
